Join a transformative initiative as a Sr. Product Manager-Tech, leading the end-to-end product vision and execution for the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Delivery Associate (DA) lifecycle. This pivotal role oversees onboarding, off-boarding, qualification, and status management across Amazon's extensive global transportation network. The DSP program is fundamental to Amazon's last-mile delivery, supporting thousands of DSPs and hundreds of thousands of Delivery Associates worldwide.

This position demands management of complex customer experiences, centered around a unified data platform that serves as the definitive source for associate information. You will lead multiple, concurrent product workstreams, including DSP DA onboarding/off-boarding workflows, DSP onboarding experiences, employment classification models, qualification management, and DA data/metadata services. Each of these areas requires distinct technical strategies and strong stakeholder alignment.

Drive strategic objectives focused on significant cost savings, enhancing DSP satisfaction (CSAT), and improving DA sentiment, directly influencing their initial interactions with Amazon's systems. Take ownership of financial entitlements within your product domain and deliver measurable improvements in onboarding speed, compliance automation, and operational efficiency for DSPs globally.

Develop long-term product roadmaps (12+ months), ensuring alignment with stakeholder business objectives and application goals. Foster communication and collaboration across operations, technology, and planning teams to define strategic roadmaps, always considering the impact on all stakeholders. Implement data-driven improvements to Amazon's transportation network and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to analyze drivers and allocate investment effectively.
