Pharmacy supply chains present unique challenges compared to retail, with demand dictated by prescriptions, product expiry dates, compliance for controlled substances, and varying state regulations. Every system defined and measured must operate within these complex constraints.

- Define the overarching product vision and multi-year roadmap for pharmacy supply chain systems, focusing on demand forecasting, procurement, inventory placement, and capacity planning. - Translate intricate supply chain and healthcare constraints, such as expiry dates, controlled substances, and state-specific regulations, into actionable product requirements for engineering teams. - Design and manage the comprehensive end-to-end metrics framework to monitor and improve pharmacy supply chain health within your designated domain. - Collaborate effectively with Operations, Compliance, Vendor Management, Fulfillment, and Finance teams to deliver solutions and drive continuous improvements. - Partner closely with Applied Scientists and ML Engineers to establish clear success criteria for forecasting models, optimization algorithms, and automated decision systems. - Influence stakeholders across multiple teams and organizations to achieve desired outcomes within a matrixed organizational structure.

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems, or a closely related field. - Demonstrated experience in owning and driving product roadmap strategy and definition. - Proven ability to contribute meaningfully to technical discussions regarding technology decisions and strategy for a product. - Experience in managing technical products or online services. - Adept at representing and advocating for diverse customer needs and stakeholder interests during executive-level prioritization and planning. - Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries within a business context, working with large-scale, complex datasets.
