Amazon Pharmacy's Fulfillment Product Tech team is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Tech to lead the development of systems critical to medication dispensing, verification, and shipping. This role focuses on executing the product roadmap for the 1P Warehouse Management System (WMS), a unified platform built on AFT primitives for orchestrating pharmacy fulfillment.

Pharmacy fulfillment presents unique challenges, including compliance with controlled substance regulations (DEA chain-of-custody), cold chain handling, pharmacist verification stages, and dynamic re-routing under HIPAA constraints. You will define and measure systems that operate within these complex regulatory and operational environments across various site formats such as small-format locations, regional fulfillment centers, and kiosks.

This role involves owning product execution for Amazon Pharmacy's core dispensing workflow, from fill to verify and pack, transforming prescriptions into shipments. You will be responsible for defining problems, shaping innovative solutions, and driving tangible outcomes.

Key responsibilities include: - Defining and executing the product roadmap for prescription dispensing, pharmacist verification, and shipment assembly across manual and automated workcells in diverse site formats. - Establishing and monitoring key metrics for the fill-verify-pack pipeline, identifying bottlenecks, setting targets, and collaborating with engineering for significant improvements in speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency. - Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Hardware and Software Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Clinical Excellence, Finance, and In-Stock, to deliver effective solutions and drive progress. - Leveraging influence without direct authority to achieve outcomes across multiple teams and organizational structures within a matrixed environment.

We are looking for a dynamic and analytically driven Senior Product Manager – Tech to take ownership of product execution in crucial areas like prescription fill, verification, and packing. This involves defining problems, shaping solutions, and driving results.

To be successful in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's degree. - Proven experience in owning and driving product roadmap strategy and definition. - Demonstrated experience with feature delivery and managing product tradeoffs. - Experience contributing to technical discussions regarding product-related technology decisions and strategy. - Experience managing technical products or online services effectively. - A track record of representing and advocating for diverse critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Preferred qualifications include experience in building and driving adoption of new tools, a Master's degree, expertise in building under-the-roof fulfillment tools, and background in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated fulfillment environments.
