As a Sr. Product Manager — Technical, you will define and execute the product vision for enterprise staff personas. Your focus will be on enabling staff to effortlessly manage content, gain real-time insights, and engage with end customers.

You will own our enterprise console and its integrations, overseeing content management for menus, events, promotions, alerts, and contacts. Develop features for real-time staff insights through intelligent events and analytics, and build capabilities for tracking tickets, orders, and tasks directly within the console.

Manage the roadmap for third-party integrations, enhancing integration speed and scale. Utilize AI capabilities to accelerate development, enable faster learning, improve decision-making, and drive innovation. Leverage GenAI for rapid prototyping, specification generation, and validation of customer value propositions. Deeply understand market dynamics, competitive landscapes, pricing, and profitability to articulate the business impact of product decisions.

Define product vision (PR/FAQ), problem statements, tenets, and strategy, while owning the roadmap and priorities. Influence cross-functional teams including engineering, science, design, finance, marketing, sales, legal, and operations without direct authority.

Establish key performance indicators, drive feature adoption, and measure product health, differentiating between output and outcome metrics like customer satisfaction and business impact. Secure buy-in for your vision across the Alexa organization and with external partners. Conduct customer research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and best-of-breed benchmarks.

A Bachelor's degree is required. You should have proven experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition, feature delivery, and product tradeoffs. Essential is experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy, managing technical products or online services, and advocating for diverse customer and stakeholder needs during executive-level prioritization and planning.
