Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for cloud infrastructure, deployment, and service management. Partner closely with engineering teams to address complex issues in deployment, release safety, service reliability, and developer productivity.

Translate the needs of service engineering teams into scalable platform capabilities. Create intuitive experiences that enhance developer ease-of-use and safety for cloud-scale deployments. Utilize telemetry, feedback, and operational signals to identify opportunities and measure impact.

Drive adoption of platform features across multiple teams. Simplify technical concepts into clear priorities and executive narratives. Align stakeholders across organizational boundaries to achieve results. Specifically, explore AI applications for operational insights, intelligent diagnostics, automated workflows, and enhanced developer productivity.

A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in product management. Experience delivering technically complex products or platforms, particularly in cloud services, infrastructure, or developer platforms, is essential.

Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams on distributed systems, reliability, or related areas. Strong product thinking, with the capability to navigate customer problems, technical architecture, strategy, and execution.

Effectively operate in ambiguous environments, creating clarity and direction. Possess excellent communication and influencing skills, particularly with senior stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of data-driven decision-making are crucial. Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment systems, observability, and AI tools is highly valued.
