This role involves translating business requirements into detailed functional and technical designs for PeopleSoft modules, including HCM (Core HR, ESS, MSS, Absence Management, ELM).

Key activities include performing fit-gap and impact analyses, developing functional specifications, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production issue analysis.

Technically, you will leverage PeopleSoft tools such as PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, File Layouts, and Integration Broker. You will also develop reporting solutions using SQR, XML Publisher/BI Publisher, and PS Query, and manage project migrations.

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on experience, including at least one full PeopleSoft/PeopleTools upgrade project.

Essential technical proficiencies include PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker (REST/SOAP APIs, webservices), and reporting tools like XML Publisher/BI Publisher and PS Query. A strong understanding of PeopleSoft/PeopleTools architecture is mandatory.

Ideal candidates possess robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team. Client-facing experience and a willingness to provide production support are highly preferred.
