Seeking an accomplished Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant or Lead with over 11 years of dedicated experience in logistics, transportation management, and Oracle OTM implementations. This role requires deep functional knowledge in OTM solution architecture, stakeholder requirement elicitation, business process enhancement, system setup, validation, rollout, and ongoing user assistance. Collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, and project management will be key to successfully delivering robust transportation and logistics solutions.

Spearhead Oracle OTM implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives from inception to completion.

Facilitate workshops for gathering business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.

Configure core OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, Routing, Fleet Management, Tendering, Freight Settlement, and Visibility functionalities.

Develop and propose optimal transportation and logistics solutions aligned with established industry best practices.

Conduct thorough gap analyses and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements to enhance supply chain performance.

Develop comprehensive functional design documents (FDDs), configuration guides, test scripts, and end-user training materials.

Coordinate effectively with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations with ERP, WMS, EBS, Cloud ERP, and external logistics provider systems.

Provide essential support for data migration activities, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production go-lives.

Address and resolve functional issues promptly throughout project lifecycles and ongoing support phases.

Mentor junior consultants and provide strong functional leadership to project teams.

A minimum of 11 years of extensive, hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and broader logistics business processes is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in OTM solution design, requirement definition, business process optimization, system configuration, testing methodologies, deployment strategies, and post-production support.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver successful solutions.

Experience in leading end-to-end OTM implementation and support projects is highly valued.

Proficiency in configuring OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, Routing, Fleet Management, Tendering, Freight Settlement, and Visibility.

Strong understanding of supply chain operations and best practices, with the ability to perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

Experience in preparing functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.

Familiarity with integrations to ERP, WMS, EBS, Cloud ERP, and third-party logistics systems.

Capability to support data migration, SIT, UAT, and production deployments, as well as troubleshoot functional issues.
