We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Platform Administrator with a strong background in IT and specialized experience in MuleSoft Anypoint platform administration. You will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our MuleSoft platform across various environments, ensuring operational excellence and seamless integration.

Administer and manage the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across development, QA, UAT, and production environments. Configure and maintain key platform components including Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Design Center, Monitoring, and Access Management.

Oversee the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of Mule applications on both CloudHub and hybrid runtimes. Proactively monitor platform health, performance, capacity, and availability to guarantee operational efficiency.

Address platform-related issues by troubleshooting and coordinating resolutions with MuleSoft Support and internal teams. Manage environment and release processes, ensuring robust security and governance frameworks. Drive monitoring, performance management, and platform governance initiatives, fostering strong stakeholder collaboration.

A strong foundation in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration is essential, coupled with hands-on expertise in Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Access Management, and Monitoring tools. Demonstrated experience in managing both CloudHub and hybrid deployment models is required.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Mule 4.x architecture and the integration lifecycle, along with a comprehensive grasp of API security, governance, and policy management. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is crucial, as is familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP services, messaging platforms, and enterprise integrations.

Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is beneficial. Excellent troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning skills are expected. This role requires a minimum of 9 years of IT experience, with 5-6 years specifically focused on MuleSoft Anypoint platform administration.
