Join our team as a Manufacturing Functional SME for NetSuite, a pivotal role focused on enhancing manufacturing processes within Life Sciences organizations.

This position is instrumental in establishing best-in-class manufacturing operations by implementing standardized workflows and supporting critical planning, production, and quality functions. You will be a key contributor to our continued success in the Life Sciences sector.

Drive the design and deployment of manufacturing processes within NetSuite. Define and standardize future-state manufacturing operating models, workflows, and controls. Configure and validate essential NetSuite manufacturing modules including Bills of Materials (BOM), Routings, Work Orders, Production Scheduling, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Costing, and Manufacturing Execution Processes.

Support manufacturing processes that involve batch and lot control, defining clear traceability requirements. Align quality and regulatory processes with manufacturing controls to ensure Life Sciences compliance. Develop a robust master data migration strategy for BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Data, and Item Masters. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for manufacturing functions and assist with cutover planning and readiness assessments.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is required. Bring a minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing process management. Possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing manufacturing modules within NetSuite or comparable ERP systems. Demonstrate a strong comprehension of discrete manufacturing and the unique operational demands of life sciences manufacturing.

Preferred expertise includes experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments, a deep understanding of Lot and Batch Traceability, and familiarity with NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing.
