You'll be instrumental in driving technological innovation and strategic engineering decisions to make Alexa's runtime and offline architecture truly global, exceeding local customer expectations.

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of talent development and team building. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Technical Program Management, and Principal Engineers to define and execute a compelling vision for scalable, state-of-the-art agentic solutions.

Take full ownership of your team, roadmap, and the end-to-end customer experience. Drive engineering and operational excellence, delivering delightful products and earning the trust of business stakeholders. Innovate continuously on behalf of our global customers, ensuring engineering best practices for highly-available, dynamically scalable, and resilient software.

A minimum of 10 years in engineering, with at least 5 years in engineering team management. Possess extensive experience (10+ years) in planning, designing, developing, and delivering consumer software experiences.

Demonstrated experience partnering with product or program management teams and a strong background in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, projects, and development teams within an Agile framework is essential.
