You will manage both SDE and Salesforce development teams, defining and launching cutting-edge products that significantly enhance customer experience. - Minimum of 10 years in engineering roles. - At least 5 years of experience managing engineering teams. - Over 10 years of experience in planning, designing, developing, and delivering consumer software experiences. - Proven experience partnering effectively with product or program management teams. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, projects, and development teams within an Agile framework. - Possess the ability and a strong drive to stay current with Amazon's and the broader industry's breakthroughs in Generative AI and Agentic AI products, solutions, and techniques.
