This role is crucial for managing the consolidated financial reporting of the company. The Sr. Manager, Finance CoE will oversee the accurate and timely submission of financial statements and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations. A strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and related technologies is essential.

Oversee the accurate and timely submission of consolidated books of accounts and financial reports. Ensure the timely issuance of Consolidated Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, and associated schedules as per applicable accounting standards. Manage compliance with SEBI LODR guidelines and data for Related Party Transactions (RPT). Account for complex financial aspects including ESOPs and business combinations, maintaining extremely high standards of accuracy in financial data representation. Prepare and reconcile RPT schedules to ensure accurate financial consolidation. Assist external auditors by providing complete, timely, and accurate responses to queries related to consolidation. Optimize existing technology systems to enhance overall efficiency and speed up the consolidation process. Propose recommendations for improving the current consolidation process to reduce Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and enhance reporting efficiency.

A qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in financial consolidation within the same or a similar industry. Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA – ERP system is required. Demonstrated sound understanding of various financial accounting standards (local and global) and accounting principles. Expertise in utilizing tools and systems for financial consolidation.
