Lead the design and deployment of custom Agentforce agents, including topics, actions, and instructions. Develop custom Agent Actions using Apex, Flow, and Prompt Templates to enhance agent functionality. Build and optimize Prompt Templates for accurate, context-aware AI responses, and implement Einstein Trust Layer controls like data masking and toxicity detection.

Integrate agents with Data Cloud for advanced grounding and unified customer profiles. Configure and test Atlas Reasoning Engine behavior, agent handoffs, and escalation paths. Evaluate agent performance, refine prompts, and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.

Design and implement solutions within Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting) and Service Cloud (Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge). Configure routing, escalation, and SLAs. Implement Service Cloud Voice, Digital Engagement, and self-service portals.

We are seeking a Senior Lead with 6-8 years of comprehensive Salesforce development experience. A proven track record of successfully delivering at least two end-to-end Salesforce implementations as a developer or senior developer is essential.

Mandatory skills include deep hands-on experience with Sales Cloud (Lead/Opportunity management, forecasting, sales processes, automation) and Service Cloud (Case management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console, Entitlements).
