Oversee comprehensive SAP Basis administration for systems including ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, PI/PO, Solution Manager, and Fiori. Execute system installations, upgrades, support packages, kernel updates, and migrations (OS/DB, HANA). Proactively monitor system performance and availability, resolving issues swiftly. Manage SAP transports, client copies, system refreshes, and backups, alongside implementing and maintaining SAP security roles and authorizations. Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning, while collaborating with functional and development teams. Ensure adherence to IT security and audit requirements, and document technical procedures and best practices. Provide on-call support and participate in scheduled maintenance activities.

A minimum of 8 years of experience is required for this Sr. Lead - SAP BASIS role. The ideal candidate should possess a graduate-level education. This position is based on-site in Delhi, India, requiring a commitment to client-site operations.
