This role focuses on driving the successful implementation and technical delivery of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud projects. You will be instrumental in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and providing expert guidance to meet specific customer requirements.

Lead technical aspects of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations, ensuring successful project delivery. Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce. Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet client needs. Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for the platform. Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and provide technical oversight.

Develop Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions using the Lightning framework (LWC, Aura), Visualforce, and Apex. Integrate diverse technologies with Salesforce Clouds. Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations. Lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop solutions.

A professional with 8+ years of overall Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation. A strong understanding of Salesforce solution architecture principles and best practices is essential.

In-depth knowledge of the Financial Services Cloud Data Model, standard validations, and use cases is required. Proficiency with Apex, Lightning framework (LWC and Aura), and Visualforce is a must. Experience with Sales and Service Cloud is also necessary.

Familiarity with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, and performance optimization techniques is expected. Experience with deployment tools like SFDX, Workbench, GitHub, VS Code, ANT Tool, and change sets is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work are vital.
