This role is instrumental in driving a global Finance Transformation initiative focused on automating and standardizing intercompany finance processes. Spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of intercompany Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing, matching, reconciliation, and settlement processes.

Serve as the primary business process lead for BlackLine Intercompany Financial Management (IFM) capabilities, encompassing invoicing, dispute management, matching, netting, settlement, and reporting.

Collaborate closely with JDE functional and technical teams to configure ERP systems that support automated intercompany processing.

Own business requirements, process flows, data mapping, and integration strategies across BlackLine, JD Edwards, Treasury, Tax, and other relevant applications.

Ensure compliance with transfer pricing, invoicing, netting, cash settlement, and regulatory requirements by partnering with Tax and Treasury teams.

Drive global process standardization and harmonization, while accommodating local statutory and business needs.

Lead solution assessments, business case development, effort estimations, and implementation/deployment planning.

Define and manage controls, exception handling, and reconciliation processes to ensure financial reporting accuracy and audit compliance.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones successfully.

Manage executive and project-level communications to foster stakeholder alignment, resolve issues, and promote the adoption of scalable global solutions.

A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience is required for this role.

Essential skills include extensive JD Edwards financials experience, strong intercompany accounting expertise, and proven R2R/close process knowledge. Familiarity with treasury settlement and netting is also crucial.

Candidates should possess experience with global transformation programs, a solid understanding of financial controls and SOX, and expertise in integration and data governance. BlackLine IFM experience is highly preferred.

This position is based in Bengaluru, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Mumbai, with a UK shift requirement.
