This role is for a seasoned SAP FICO Lead Consultant with a passion for guiding businesses through complex financial processes. We seek an expert to leverage Birlasoft's legacy of building sustainable communities through innovative technology solutions.

Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO modules including Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting. Support variance analysis and cost tracking by analyzing current reports and recommending optimal SAP standard reports. Manage General Ledger functions, including month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting. Oversee Accounts Payable processes with vendor invoices, payments, and GR/IR clearing using workflows.

Handle Accounts Receivable operations, covering billing, customer payments, collections, and workflows. Manage Asset Accounting (AA) and its lifecycle. Perform Bank Accounting tasks such as reconciliation and electronic bank statement processing. Guide business stakeholders through SAP functionalities to address current issues and drive understanding. Proactively identify risks and lead issue resolution efforts.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP FICO is required for this role. Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.

Expertise in supporting variance analysis and cost tracking, with the ability to guide businesses through their current reports and suggest standard SAP reporting solutions. Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting is essential. The ability to quickly understand business issues and guide stakeholders on SAP functionalities, alongside proactive risk identification and issue resolution, is crucial.
