This role is for a Senior Lead Consultant specializing in SAP FICO. The position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP FICO modules and a strong understanding of financial business processes.

Key responsibilities include understanding organizational business requirements and translating them into functional SAP configurations. You will be involved in configuring G/L, A/P, A/R, and Asset Accounting, alongside demonstrating strong command in costing. Enhancing SAP systems to meet end-user needs and configuring Global and Enterprise Structure settings are crucial. Preparing blueprints for business process implementation, validating report requirements and custom changes, and providing comprehensive end-user training and documentation are also key duties. Troubleshooting daily end-user queries, gathering information on current business processes, and preparing detailed documentation are essential. You will also be responsible for data mapping, conducting gap analysis between As-Is and To-Be processes, and performing functional and integration testing. Preparing workflows to ensure project completion within scope, budget, and time, alongside providing production support for integrated SAP modules, are also part of the role. The ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously is vital.

This role demands a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO. A graduate degree is required. The candidate should possess a good command of costing principles and be adept at enhancing SAP systems based on specific requirements. Proficiency in configuring Global settings and Enterprise structure is essential. The ability to prepare implementation blueprints, validate report needs and customizations, and train end-users is critical. Experience in data mapping, gap analysis, and conducting functional and integration testing is expected. The role also requires the ability to prepare workflows and provide production support for integrated modules.
