We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead critical Business Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Project Management Office (PMO) functions. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, strategic business planning, and robust financial governance.

The individual will leverage data-driven insights to inform portfolio reporting and support crucial decision-making processes. Collaboration with various departments, including business leaders, delivery teams, finance, sales, HR, and talent acquisition, is key to enhancing business performance and fostering organizational growth.

Key responsibilities include driving operational governance and performance across business units, tracking essential KPIs such as revenue, utilization, and margins. You will monitor the demand pipeline, resource fulfillment, and overall operational health.

In FP&A, you will support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, preparing revenue forecasts and margin analyses. Monitoring actual performance against budgets, identifying revenue leakage, and developing financial models for leadership insights are also core duties.

Furthermore, you will develop executive dashboards and MIS reports, analyze operational and financial data for trends, and present actionable recommendations. Effective stakeholder management, partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams, and facilitating governance meetings are essential for driving business outcomes.

This role requires 8-12 years of experience in leading Business Operations, FP&A, and PMO functions.

Essential skills include a strong understanding of Business Operations & Governance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting & Forecasting, Revenue & Margin Analysis, and PMO & Portfolio Management.

Proficiency in Demand & Resource Planning, Business Analytics & MIS Reporting, and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory. Experience with PMO tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps is also required. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are critical, along with competencies in Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, and Operational Excellence.
