Lead the charge in innovation as our Data Science and AI/ML Practice Leader. You will spearhead the implementation of advanced data science and artificial intelligence/machine learning solutions for clients.

This role involves guiding a team of experts, partnering with clients to tackle their unique challenges, and delivering data-driven transformations. Drive business growth through cutting-edge AI/ML applications.

Develop and execute the strategic vision for our Data Science and AI/ML practice, identifying opportunities for innovation and value creation for clients.

Engage closely with clients to understand their needs, design bespoke AI/ML solutions, and act as a trusted advisor on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while ensuring successful project delivery.

Oversee the end-to-end development and implementation of AI/ML solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.

Drive thought leadership through research, experimentation, and knowledge sharing, contributing to publications and presentations showcasing our expertise.

Provide critical pre-sales support, collaborating with sales teams to develop proposals and articulate the value of our AI/ML/Gen AI services.

Define and execute go-to-market strategies for specific industry verticals, working with marketing to create compelling collateral and promote our services at industry events.

An advanced degree, such as a Ph.D. or Master's, in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering is required. A strong background in data science, AI/ML, and strategic leadership is essential.

Proven experience in client engagement, team management, and solution development within the AI/ML domain is necessary. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Expertise in developing strategic roadmaps, driving thought leadership, and contributing to pre-sales activities is expected. Familiarity with go-to-market strategies for technology services is also beneficial.
