This role focuses on leading SAP EHS implementations and support, requiring a strong understanding of Environment, Health & Safety processes and SAP EHS modules. The ideal candidate will drive projects from requirement gathering through to go-live and ongoing support.

- Gather and analyze business requirements for Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) processes. - Configure and provide support for key SAP EHS modules, including Incident Management, Risk Assessment, Compliance Management, Environment Management, Occupational Health, Product Safety, and Dangerous Goods Management. - Work on SAP S/4HANA EHS Public/Private Cloud implementations. - Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials. - Collaborate with business stakeholders for workshops, requirement gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities. - Support master data migration and integration with PM, MM, QM, and HR modules. - Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution for production support. - Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, forms, and interfaces. - Ensure adherence to safety regulations and reporting standards. - Participate in rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations in SAP EHS. - Hands-on expertise in Incident Management, Compliance Management, and Risk Assessment modules. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud environments. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications relevant to EHS is beneficial. - Experience within manufacturing, chemical, or construction industries is a plus.
