We are seeking a Senior Lead SAP BASIS consultant to join our dynamic team.

Administer and support a diverse range of SAP systems including ECC, BW, EWM, SLT, Solution Manager, Fiori, GRC, and Portal. Manage SAP environments across Azure, AWS, and on-premises platforms. Execute critical system tasks such as refreshes, kernel upgrades, patching, add-on installations, and SSO configuration. Provide in-depth support for SAP Solution Manager functionalities like System Monitoring, EWA, ChaRM, and ITSM.

Drive performance tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization. Support SAP S/4HANA upgrades, conversions, SAP RISE PCE implementations, and cloud migrations. Manage robust backup, recovery, and HA/DR solutions, including disaster recovery drills. Ensure smooth operations during critical business periods like month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.

A minimum of 10 years of extensive SAP BASIS administration experience is essential. Strong proficiency in SAP NetWeaver, landscape management, and AMS support methodologies is required. Expertise is needed in SAP Solution Manager (EWA, ChaRM, ITSM), System Refresh (ABAP & Java), Kernel & Support Package Upgrades, Fiori Administration, Performance Tuning, Capacity Planning, and SSO Configuration.

Experience with Oracle, HANA, MS SQL, and Sybase databases, including installation, upgrades, patching, HA/DR, and backup/restore is crucial. Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA Upgrades & Conversions, SAP RISE PCE, and Cloud Migrations (Azure/AWS) is necessary. Familiarity with Windows, SUSE Linux, RHEL, OEL, and AIX environments is also expected.
