Seeking a Senior Finance Functional SME with extensive NetSuite expertise to spearhead finance process design and implementation for a multi-company Life Sciences organization. This role is pivotal in shaping future-state financial processes, guiding solution architecture, and ensuring strict adherence to accounting standards and corporate reporting obligations.

This position offers a challenging opportunity to leverage your deep understanding of financial operations within a dynamic industry. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency and accuracy across critical financial functions.

Lead comprehensive design workshops for Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Define the chart of accounts, financial dimensions, and reporting hierarchies. Provide strategic support for the consolidation of acquired entities.

Oversee the design and validation of NetSuite financial configurations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Revenue Recognition, Financial Reporting, and Multi-Entity Accounting. Define data migration requirements for open AP/AR, trial balances, historical financial data, fixed assets, and master data. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop essential finance process documentation and training materials, and support cutover and hypercare initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, complemented by a minimum of 8 years in finance transformation or ERP implementation. Demonstrable experience of over 5 years specifically with NetSuite Finance implementations is essential. Strong proficiency in financial consolidation and managing multi-subsidiary environments is a must.

Preferred qualifications include certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA. Prior experience within the Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sectors is highly advantageous.
