This role focuses on leading and managing change initiatives within IT Service Management (ITSM) and Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering.

Key responsibilities include implementing change management processes, supporting communication strategies, and ensuring user readiness for new projects and initiatives. The position involves working closely with project teams and senior leadership to drive successful adoption of changes.

Implement and manage ITIL-aligned change management processes.

Develop and execute communication plans to support project adoption.

Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness.

Provide training and support to project teams and stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate risks, and manage resistance to change.

Track progress, measure success metrics, and report on change initiatives.

Manage the overall change portfolio and ensure organizational readiness.

A minimum of 8 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant change management or cloud infrastructure engineering role.

ITIL certification is required.

Proven ability in incident and P1 bridge management.

Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience in applying change management frameworks and tools is expected.
