We collaborate closely with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network to execute enterprise cloud computing and AI transformation initiatives, providing specialized guidance through our global specialty practices.

- Cultivate strong executive relationships (VP+), providing strategic advice on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs. - Proactively manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure accountability in dynamic, fast-paced environments. - Orchestrate across diverse customer teams (business, IT, partners) to align priorities, timelines, and success metrics, escalating blockers as needed. - Define and track measurable customer business outcomes, translating technical progress into executive-level value narratives demonstrating ROI. - Manage program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, commercial aspects, and scope negotiation for fixed-price engagements. - Influence development teams, establishing operating models and AI guardrails for AI-augmented workflows. - Drive adoption of AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (AI-DLC) methodologies, adapting delivery models and establishing outcomes-based governance frameworks for AI-native builds. - Implement and enforce governance for AI in delivery, ensuring auditable, secure, and compliant AI-augmented workflows.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale. - At least 7 years of experience in leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements. - Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required. - Solid understanding of the public cloud value proposition and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). - Demonstrated experience in leading multiple Agile teams (e.g., Scrum Masters, Product Owners) simultaneously or at scale. - Proven experience in leading and successfully delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
