Seeking a Sr. Developer specializing in Enterprise Applications, with a strong techno-functional grasp of OTM. This role involves active client and stakeholder engagement, driving project success, and managing change requests. You will configure OTM modules and translate business needs into functional designs, with a particular emphasis on migration projects. The position requires in-depth knowledge of OTM & GTM modules, encompassing Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration, Administration, Financials, Trade Compliance, and Trade Management.

Key responsibilities include creating complex system configurations such as Agents, Saved Queries, Action Checks, Custom Actions, Screensets, Manager Layouts, and Workbenches. You will manage user preferences, favorites, and handle data import/export using various formats like CSV, XML, JSPX, and XSL. Proficiency in project migration, Account Policy, User Roles, and Business Monitor is essential. This role also involves managing OTM financials, including Invoice Approval Rules and Match Rule Profiles, and overseeing quarterly upgrades for OTM & GTM. Integration of OTM with other modules like EBS, JDE, and SAP is also a core function.

This role demands comprehensive experience in gathering customer requirements, understanding supply chain business processes, and developing functional specifications. You will be responsible for providing technical logic, preparing test data, conducting internal and user acceptance testing, supporting go-live activities, and documenting project progress. Leading status report meetings and coordinating administrative and project processes with stakeholders and internal teams are crucial. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences. The ability to think tactically and strategically, coupled with coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, is expected. Developing and enforcing team standards and processes will also be part of your remit.
