Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines, sophisticated machine learning models, and advanced NLP systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of code excellence and best practices. Continuously research and integrate the latest breakthroughs in deep learning, NLP, and GenAI to drive innovation. Develop and optimize deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow or Theano. Create and deploy NLP solutions for tasks such as text classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and natural language generation. Leverage GenAI capabilities to enhance existing models and build novel solutions for complex language challenges. Build and maintain interactive data applications and dashboards using Streamlit. Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to translate requirements into impactful solutions.

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline. Overall experience of 10-15 years, with a minimum of 7 years focused on data science or machine learning and a demonstrated history of successful production deployments. At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role. Proficiency in Python, including extensive experience with data manipulation and scientific computing libraries. Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and Theano. Expertise in NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, and Hugging Face. Experience with Generative AI tools and techniques. Proven ability in designing and implementing RESTful APIs using frameworks like Flask or FastAPI. Demonstrated experience in building interactive applications with Streamlit.
