This role is within our National Corporate Transformation & Transactions Services team, specializing in Tax Law. We provide connected tax services across various disciplines, helping clients navigate an era of rapid change. Our experts combine deep knowledge with advanced technology platforms to equip clients with insights for better business decisions. We assist companies in understanding global tax policies and laws for effective planning and compliance. Leveraging transformative technologies, our teams deliver strategy and execution, from tax and regulatory obligations to operations and workforce management, reducing risk and driving sustainable value.

Develop a strong understanding of the MCA21 system and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Act as a Project Management Unit (PMU) for domain activities, engaging with senior management.

Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.

Demonstrate strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities to build effective relationships.

Apply robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges.

Independently review, interpret, and advise on regulatory and legal matters.

Prepare comprehensive reports, engaging presentations, governance artifacts, and advisory notes.

Manage multiple stakeholders effectively within a time-bound project environment.

A qualification as a Company Secretary is essential for this role.

We require a minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.
