Join Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) as a Sr Consultant - Infra AI. ISD is a global team dedicated to empowering Microsoft's most strategic customers worldwide with cutting-edge, industry-specific solutions leveraging the Microsoft Cloud and AI. This role is pivotal in driving customer transformation journeys through innovative and customized engagements.

Engage in pre-sales activities by collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide industry and technical expertise. Support proposal and SOW development, and advise on staffing and skill requirements.

Lead technical delivery by understanding customer business needs and mapping them to Microsoft technology solutions. Participate in project planning, risk identification, and mitigation. Implement solutions, oversee workstreams, and manage escalations effectively.

Act as an ambassador for intellectual property (IP), leveraging, modifying, or creating content. Provide feedback for continuous improvement and report IP gaps. Identify opportunities for cloud and Microsoft technology adoption, drive innovation, and ensure the use of existing IP.

Continuously learn new technologies and obtain relevant certifications. Mentor team members, provide thought leadership, and evangelize technology and offerings through training and community participation.

Maintain operational excellence by completing tasks accurately and on time, adhering to Microsoft policies and procedures. Guide team members on operational tasks and compliance.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field, coupled with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a relevant business area is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of leadership experience, technical certifications (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics), and delivery management certifications (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).
