Lead the construction of cutting-edge data centers in India. This role involves managing complex, fast-paced projects, driving innovation, and ensuring the highest quality and cost-efficiency. You will be instrumental in building world-class facilities that are leaders in energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness, utilizing your expertise in construction management and technical disciplines.

Oversee all aspects of data center construction, from initial site feasibility and design review to procurement, construction oversight, and final commissioning. Responsibilities include managing project scope, timeline, and budget, while continuously driving down costs and shortening schedules without compromising quality. You will also review constructability of electrical and mechanical systems, create project scopes, manage RFIs, track key metrics, and concurrently manage multiple projects. Operational support and maintenance initiatives are also key aspects of this role.

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related engineering field is required, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of experience in mission-critical facility design, construction, or program management. Experience with vendor and contractor negotiation, as well as managing large-scale mechanical and power systems, is highly preferred. This role requires a leader who can collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, travel to sites for audits and reviews, and contribute to innovative construction solutions.
