As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will guide customers in deploying AI-powered applications at scale on Azure. You'll leverage existing expertise and drive successful implementations, ensuring production readiness for critical workloads. Your contributions will be instrumental in developing reusable intellectual property that expands our impact and helps clients achieve real-world outcomes through innovation.

Engage with business and IT leaders to define application, data, and AI strategies, crafting secure and scalable solutions that enhance business value.

Lead technical initiatives, including architecture design, POCs, and MVPs, to accelerate the adoption of Azure AI, App Services, GitHub, and data platforms.

Manage end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring accuracy of consumption and customer success plans in partnership with the CSAM.

Drive proactive actions and identify new opportunities to generate pipeline, aligning with Unified Enterprise Support priorities.

Develop and contribute to reusable intellectual property to expedite deployments and achieve targeted results.

Provide oversight and support for key AI and App Innovation projects.

Ensure the health, resilience, security, and optimization of mission-critical workloads for production-ready AI use cases.

Represent the customer's voice to engineering teams, influencing product enhancements and resolving adoption barriers.

Facilitate customer skilling through workshops and readiness activities, ensuring optimal solution performance and reliability.

Maintain expert-level knowledge of Azure, AI, GitHub, and cloud-native trends, actively participating in technical communities.

Achieve and maintain advanced certifications in priority workloads like Azure AI Foundry, AKS, Cosmos DB, and GitHub.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field, coupled with 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, software development, or architecture.

Alternatively, a Master's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of related experience is acceptable. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Significant experience (8+ years) in customer-facing roles and technical project execution is required.

Possession of relevant technical certifications in Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) or security is highly valued.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with open-source LLMs like Llama, Mistral, and Gemma for enterprise GenAI solutions.

Proficiency in designing and implementing RAG architectures using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and various vector databases.

Experience building AI agents and workflows with tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen, integrated with enterprise systems.
