As a Product Owner, you will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight for key formulary management applications.

You will translate complex business needs into clear requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. This includes defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and actively participating in Agile ceremonies.

Key responsibilities involve leading backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization to maximize value delivery. You'll foster collaboration across teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.

Monitoring industry trends and assessing enhancement requests will also be crucial. You will analyze operational processes and user feedback to identify improvements and support successful product deployments.

We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in PBM or pharmacy operations, coupled with 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.

A strong understanding of project methodologies, including requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation, is essential. The ability to present effectively to stakeholders and document requirements and release notes is also required.

Experience leading project workstreams, managing deliverables, and adhering to timelines is necessary. Experience with Agile processes and client-facing roles is preferred, as is familiarity with formulary management, drug data, RxClaim, or RxBuilder.
