Seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Mainframe Testing to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our Mainframe Development and Support area, ensuring the quality and functionality of critical applications. You will play a key part in the entire testing lifecycle and contribute to project success.

This is an individual contributor role where you will take ownership of your work while collaborating effectively with clients. We are looking for a dedicated professional to uphold our standards of excellence.

Execute comprehensive unit testing, functional testing, system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new developments and enhancements.

Manage all project communications, including status reporting and documentation discussions. You will be involved in both development and support activities, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement of existing programs.

Monitor batch jobs, troubleshoot abends, and maintain complete and accurate project documentation. An awareness of Agile methodologies is essential. Own your tasks and work harmoniously with the client team.

Proven experience in testing Mainframe-based applications is a must.

Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, and IDMS is required.

Demonstrated ability to write, verify, and execute various test cases. Experience with Agile methodologies is beneficial. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual contributor who can manage their workload independently while fostering strong client relationships.
