Candidates with prior experience in product-based organizations and a strong grasp of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), customer adoption strategies, and enterprise software are highly sought after.

Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their business challenges and requirements, leading discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions. Drive clear and consistent customer communications, provide status updates, and ensure diligent follow-up.

Deliver captivating product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients, crafting tailored demo scenarios and use cases. Present effectively to diverse audiences, including business users, product teams, architects, and leadership, clearly articulating product capabilities, roadmaps, and business value.

Translate customer needs into actionable solution recommendations. Prepare comprehensive solution decks, impactful business presentations, and executive proposals. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to shape innovative solution approaches, supporting customer evaluations and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Foster close collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams, staying abreast of product vision, roadmaps, releases, and feature prioritization. Provide valuable customer feedback to influence product enhancements and support successful product launches and adoption.

This role demands experience within a product company or product engineering environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging with Product Owners, Architects, Program Managers, and CXO-level stakeholders, comfortably leading demos, workshops, and customer meetings independently.
