Seeking a Senior Architect to lead and define enterprise-wide performance strategy and architecture. This role is pivotal in establishing performance benchmarks, KPIs, and designing comprehensive testing strategies for complex, large-scale applications. You will be instrumental in identifying performance risks early in the SDLC and providing actionable recommendations for optimization and scalability.

This position involves a deep dive into performance testing methodologies, including load, stress, volume, endurance, spike, scalability, and capacity testing. You will develop reusable frameworks and scripts, create realistic workload models, and conduct thorough analysis of test results to pinpoint bottlenecks. Collaboration with development, infrastructure, DBA, and DevOps teams is key to resolving performance challenges.

Define and implement enterprise-wide Performance Testing and Engineering frameworks. Establish critical performance benchmarks, KPIs, and SLAs. Design end-to-end performance testing strategies for complex applications. Review application architecture to identify performance risks throughout the SDLC. Provide expert recommendations for performance optimization and scalability enhancements.

Execute various performance tests such as Load, Stress, Volume, Endurance, Spike, Scalability, and Capacity testing. Develop and maintain reusable performance testing frameworks and scripts. Create realistic workload models and user behavior simulations. Analyze performance test results to deliver detailed bottleneck analysis.

Conduct root cause analysis for application performance issues. Analyze key metrics including CPU utilization, memory consumption, thread behavior, network latency, database performance, and JVM metrics. Collaborate effectively with development, infrastructure, DBA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance problems. Offer tuning recommendations for applications, middleware, databases, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
