Lead technical solutions for IT Operations transformation, focusing on AIOps, Observability, and Agentic AI. This role serves as the technical cornerstone for client engagements within our IT Operations transformation portfolio.

Collaborate closely with sales, bid management, and delivery teams. Your primary function will be translating client challenges into effective, outcome-driven architectural solutions.

Key responsibilities include architecting comprehensive AIOps and observability frameworks, integrating Agentic AI capabilities into IT operational processes, and managing the technical solution lifecycle from initial RFP response through to successful delivery handover.

Architect robust AIOps and observability landscapes tailored to client needs. Integrate Agentic AI into existing IT operations for enhanced efficiency and automation. Own the technical solution from proposal phase through to delivery. Translate client pain points into actionable, outcome-driven IT solutions. Collaborate with sales, bid management, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and success. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout client pursuits.

Possess 12–15 years of IT experience, encompassing design, engineering, implementation, and pre-sales. Highlight at least 3 years in pre-sales or solutioning of AIOps use cases for large, global enterprises. Demonstrate a strong command of IT operations, infrastructure management, and application performance monitoring, with solid ITIL foundations. Showcase hands-on expertise with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) and enterprise AIOps platforms like Aisera, Moogmoog, BigPanda, ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps, HPE OpsRamp, or ScienceLogic. Exhibit proficiency in scripting (JavaScript or similar), low-code/no-code platforms, and REST API integration with automation workflows.

Experience in Observability, Cloud, and DevOps is essential. Master data integration from monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics. Hold extensive hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and working knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Be well-versed in DevOps and SRE practices and tools, including Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

AI/ML/Agentic AI knowledge is critical. Understand Machine Learning applications for IT Operations, including anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and automated root-cause analysis. Possess fluency in Generative AI concepts like LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration. Familiarity with RPA/Intelligent Automation (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is advantageous.

Pre-sales and consulting acumen are highly valued. Prove ownership of RFPs/proposals, effort estimation, and pricing for substantial global IT sourcing deals. Exhibit the ability to lead client discussions, manage objections, and propose effective workaround solutions.
