Seeking a seasoned Senior Testing Manager to spearhead comprehensive Quality Engineering and Testing services for vital healthcare programs, including the innovative IOX platform. This role is pivotal in defining testing strategies, ensuring delivery governance, maintaining quality assurance, driving automation, validating healthcare interoperability, and managing compliance across diverse healthcare portfolios.

The ideal candidate brings extensive expertise in both manual and automated testing, a deep understanding of the healthcare domain, and a proven history of successfully managing extensive testing projects and healthcare modernization initiatives with distributed teams.

Lead end-to-end testing delivery for IOX and other healthcare initiatives. Develop and enforce QA strategies, test processes, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria. Oversee functional, automation, API, integration, SIT, and UAT testing. Drive testing for critical healthcare interoperability components, including FHIR APIs and CMS compliance. Govern testing for key healthcare business processes such as claims processing, eligibility, and member services. Establish and advance automation strategies. Manage diverse onsite-offshore testing teams and vendors. Monitor program quality, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. Conduct executive governance reviews and provide clear quality status reports. Champion continuous improvement, shift-left testing, and DevOps practices. Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare regulations. Oversee production release validation and defect analysis. Support resource planning, budgeting, and capability development. Represent quality leadership in client interactions and audits.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is required, with a Master's degree (MBA/MS) being a plus. A minimum of 15 years in Software Testing and Quality Engineering is essential, including over 5 years managing large-scale testing programs and teams. Significant experience, at least 10 years, within the healthcare domain is crucial. Proven success in managing onsite-offshore delivery models and fostering executive stakeholder relationships is expected. Demonstrable experience leading enterprise healthcare transformation and modernization programs, particularly those involving healthcare interoperability, FHIR APIs, CMS compliance, and various healthcare workflows, is a must.
