Seeking a seasoned PLM PTC Architect to lead the comprehensive delivery of extensive PLM programs, encompassing multiple projects for a single client. This pivotal role will oversee Windchill Implementation, Migration, Upgrade, Support, and ongoing Enhancement initiatives across Manufacturing (MFG) and Life Sciences & Medical Devices (LSS) sectors. The chosen candidate will serve as the Program Delivery Owner and the primary point of contact for the client, requiring demonstrated experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Assume full ownership and management of large-scale PLM programs, coordinating multiple simultaneous Windchill projects within one account. Develop detailed program roadmaps, define delivery strategies, establish milestones, manage budgets, allocate resources, and implement a robust governance framework. Guarantee the successful execution of Windchill Implementation, Migration, Upgrade, Support, and Continuous Enhancement projects. Proactively address program-level planning, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues. Establish and maintain program governance structures, conduct regular cadence reviews, and facilitate Steering Committee meetings. Monitor key program performance indicators (KPIs), financial performance, utilization, margins, and overall delivery health.

A minimum of 12-18 years of overall IT experience is essential, with at least 10 years specifically focused on PLM and PTC Windchill for program and project delivery. Experience managing large-scale PLM programs involving multiple concurrent projects is critical. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is mandatory. This role demands strong leadership and client-facing capabilities to drive end-to-end program success.
