Seeking a Senior Architect to lead pre-sales efforts across AIOps, Service Assurance, and monitoring domains. This role involves architecting comprehensive AIOps and observability solutions for cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. You will design and integrate Agentic AI solutions, including LLM-powered frameworks, into enterprise IT workflows. Responsibilities include conducting technical workshops, creating solution designs, leading tool evaluations, and acting as a technical subject matter expert for clients.

Further responsibilities include building compelling demonstrations, ensuring smooth solution-to-delivery handovers, and contributing to practice development by creating reusable accelerators and documentation. You will also mentor engineers on AIOps and Agentic AI adoption. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in IT design, engineering, and pre-sales, with a strong focus on AIOps use cases for global clients.

Lead pre-sales engagements, including RFPs, RFIs, and proposals for AIOps, Service Assurance, and monitoring solutions. Architect end-to-end AIOps and observability solutions to reduce client Mean Time To Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR). Design and embed Agentic AI solutions, such as autonomous agents and LLM-powered frameworks, into enterprise ITSM and IT/Cloud Operations. Conduct technical and value discovery workshops, translating client SLAs into measurable SLIs/SLOs. Develop solution designs, architecture blueprints, effort estimates, SoW, and pricing inputs in collaboration with sales and delivery teams. Lead OEM/tool evaluations and POCs, considering features, scale, cost, and integration complexity. Act as a technical SME and trusted advisor in client discussions, owning objection handling and win-theme alignment. Map client requirements to platform capabilities and define clear implementation roadmaps. Build and present compelling demos and Proof-of-Value (PoV) engagements. Ensure a seamless transition of architecture and scope to delivery teams. Develop reusable solution accelerators, estimation models, and reference documentation; mentor engineers on AIOps patterns and Agentic AI.

A minimum of 12-15 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in pre-sales or solutioning of AIOps use cases for enterprise clients. Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure management, and application performance monitoring, with solid ITIL foundations. Hands-on experience with ITSM tooling (ServiceNow preferred) and enterprise AIOps platforms like Aisera, Moogsoft, or Splunk. Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript), low-code/no-code platforms, and REST API integration is essential. Expertise integrating data from various monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Dynatrace) and extensive experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP). Working knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) is required. Familiarity with DevOps & SRE practices and tooling (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, CI/CD) and a strong understanding of ML for IT Operations (anomaly detection, predictive analytics). Fluency in Generative & Agentic AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems, and LLM-powered automation is crucial. Knowledge of RPA/Intelligent Automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is considered a plus.
