Join our team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, a pivotal role focused on building and enhancing our ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business and IT service management needs. This position requires extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow's development capabilities, including workflow automation, system integrations, and custom solutions. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules. You will be instrumental in customizing Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Catalog functionalities. Developing custom applications via ServiceNow App Engine, creating robust workflows using Flow Designer, and implementing automation processes are core aspects of this role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, Script Includes, and Catalog Items to optimize platform performance and user experience.

This role is based onsite at our Birlasoft Office in Hinjawadi, Pune, India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceNow platform development and configuration, with a deep understanding of ITSM processes. Proven ability to design and implement custom ServiceNow applications and automate workflows is critical. Experience with scripting and client-side development within the ServiceNow environment is also expected.
