Seeking a Sr. Analyst with expertise in Infor SyteLine to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly within the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities involve analyzing business needs and translating them into functional requirements for system implementation and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Implement and support Infor CSI (SyteLine) modules including Estimation, Order Management, RFQ, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Planning (APS Finite/Infinite, MRP), Operations, Pick, Pack, Ship, and Invoicing, RMA.

Conduct detailed analysis of current and future state business processes, performing gap and fitment analysis.

Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents and construct business process models.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant is required, with a focus on implementing and supporting Infor CSI (SyteLine).

Proficiency across various modules such as Estimation, Order Management, RFQ, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Planning, Operations, Pick, Pack, Ship, Invoicing, and RMA is essential.

Demonstrated experience with the full ERP implementation, conversion, and rollout lifecycle, preferably within manufacturing industries. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
