This senior role involves shaping the technological future for India's largest manufacturers, focusing on AI adoption in factories, supply chains, and boardrooms. You will be the key technology advisor, translating CIO ambitions into actionable roadmaps that secure CEO funding and drive customer success.
This is an opportunity to influence a customer's long-term technological strategy, moving beyond single deployments. You will lead Frontier Discovery initiatives, utilizing AI assessments to build executive-ready strategies that align with account plans and technical roadmaps. Your role will involve orchestrating specialists in AI, Azure, Copilot, data, and security to drive consumption and revenue, empowering customers to embrace AI technologies securely and accelerate their vision.
Lead C-suite AI, data, and security conversations by translating technical assessment insights into clear executive strategies and roadmaps. Drive the execution of AI, Azure, Security, and Copilot strategies into tangible business impact by orchestrating delivery and resolving blockers. Articulate and document customer business objectives, technology landscapes, and AI/security strategies to lead impactful discussions. Develop and maintain trusted relationships with C-level technology executives, understanding their business and technology challenges. Lead technical decision-maker discussions and governance to ensure customers maximize value from Microsoft's solutions. Engage customers using consultative selling, challenging assumptions through constructive dialogue. Demonstrate deep industry knowledge, understanding market trends, customer threats, opportunities, and growth barriers. Deliver customer-backed technology strategies aligned with business outcomes across AI, data, and security. Ensure strategy translates into execution, value, and increased consumption/billed revenue/usage. Set the standard for technology strategy by orchestrating cross-solution alignment to achieve industry-focused customer outcomes.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required, coupled with at least 15 years of experience in technical consulting, consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales roles, or equivalent experience.
Additionally, candidates should possess 15+ years of experience within relevant customer industries and over 5 years of experience in digital transformation or leveraging technology to achieve customer business outcomes.
Demonstrated abilities in Business Relationship Management, Executive Relationships, Partner/Customer Scoping, and Stakeholder Management are essential for success in this role.
