Forge strong partnerships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to develop and implement technology strategies that yield significant business results. Align customer priorities with Microsoft's cutting-edge AI, Security, Cloud, Data, and Copilot offerings. Proactively identify opportunities to accelerate innovation, drive transformation, enhance efficiency, and foster growth. Lead strategic account planning, forecasting, and execution in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Serve as a trusted advisor, imparting industry and technology thought leadership to both customer and Microsoft stakeholders.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field is required, alongside a minimum of 12 years of experience in technical consulting, consultative selling, business consulting, or a related technology domain. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

A comprehensive understanding of the banking industry, encompassing its business models, market dynamics, and key transformation challenges, is essential.

Preferred qualifications include a demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation and achieve measurable business outcomes, along with prior experience within the banking or broader financial services sector.
