Drive high-impact sales strategies for key BFSI accounts, fostering growth and new opportunities. You will build and nurture strategic relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring seamless account transactions and comprehensive management.
Deeply understand customer industries and priorities to identify areas for optimization and digitalization aligned with their strategic goals. Leverage insights into customer business and technology transformations to accelerate co-innovation and digital strategy with internal teams.
Cultivate and manage key relationships across customer organizations using business-value sales strategies to align on long-term objectives and secure buy-in. Apply extensive knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy to generate insights, provide thought leadership, and effectively address customer needs.
Develop and implement robust customer plans based on proven methodologies for sustainable, long-term business portfolios. Collaborate across the organization and with partners to influence the broader ecosystem, including legislative discussions.
Engage with senior leaders and C-level executives within assigned accounts and the wider ecosystem to shape strategic direction and impact business metrics. Expand customer relationships to drive greater value and influence other areas of the organization. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or risks to customer satisfaction, implementing recovery plans to enhance the overall customer experience.
Own the development of strategies that highlight the value of Microsoft's cloud offerings and innovative ideas, grounded in industry trends and tailored to account needs and customer expectations. Utilize an internal network of industry experts to deepen knowledge of the industry, competitors, and customer priorities. Leverage in-depth understanding of Microsoft's offerings to share knowledge internally, enhance customer capabilities, drive competitive solutions, and foster account team growth.
Orchestrate global teams to gather intelligence, align on performance metrics, and identify potential risks within customer accounts. Partner with customers and/or partners to deliver innovative solutions across new industries, seamlessly integrating Microsoft technology into their business operations.
Leverage a profound understanding of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy to effectively address customer requirements. Act as the primary voice of the customer (VOC) and an internal advocate across all organizational levels.
Provide comprehensive analysis of overall customer needs for large and complex accounts, recommending solutions that address identified gaps. Lead customer business transformations through digital initiatives for your assigned accounts.
Collaborate with line-of-business leaders or senior executives within high-impact customer organizations to articulate how complex Microsoft technology and services will meet future business needs superior to competitors. Contribute to the creation of stakeholder maps for accounts, defining and orchestrating coverage plans, and establishing execution frameworks.
Define best practices and standards for quota attainment, consumption goals, and customer consumption gaps to inform quarterly and fiscal objectives. Utilize existing and new readiness resources to demonstrate expertise in creating enablement plans for large, high-stakes customers and overall Microsoft business.
Possess a Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience in the financial services industry and/or driving digital transformation. Alternatively, hold a Master's Degree with 9+ years of experience in a relevant industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation.
An equivalent combination of experience will also be considered. You should have at least 6 years of experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives. Additionally, 8+ years of experience closing large, complex agreements/deals is required.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree with 13+ years of experience in the BFSI/Financial Services industry and/or driving digital transformation, or a Master's Degree with 11+ years of experience in financial services/BFSI and/or driving digital transformation. Equivalent experience will also be recognized.
