As a Grade Specific role, you will supervise procurement excellence projects and process service delivery. Leading medium-sized procurement projects and change management activities is key to meeting deliverables. You will also support the implementation of defined procurement solutions and perform regular procurement data gathering and reporting. Developing stakeholder relationships and understanding procurement policies and processes are integral to this role. Engaging stakeholders in ESG initiatives and sustainable procurement ambitions is also expected, along with a solid understanding of cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead procurement medium projects and change management activities to ensure deliverables are met. This includes overseeing the rollout of defined procurement solutions implementations. Performing regular procurement data gathering and reporting is essential. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders is a core responsibility, as is providing expertise in procurement policy and processes.

Engaging stakeholders in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) related initiatives and sustainable procurement ambitions will be a key focus. Monitoring process adherence across your work perimeter and escalating issues as needed is crucial. Proposing and executing process improvements will contribute to operational efficiency. Continuously identifying and implementing improvements to procurement processes is expected.
