Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive L1/L2/L3 support for the Vector vCDM application. This involves resolving incidents, managing service requests, overseeing user administration and licensing, supporting upgrades, and ensuring system availability. You will act as the primary liaison between business users, infrastructure, and packaging teams.

The ideal candidate possesses 4-6 years of experience in application support, with a strong understanding of Vector vCDM user administration, Windows Server environments, and Java/Rest APIs. Proficiency in incident management, problem-solving, software deployment, and user/license management is essential. Familiarity with SQL, PowerShell, ITIL, and change management processes is preferred.
