- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job description drafting to offer closure. - Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define success profiles, and establish timelines. - Utilize diverse channels for candidate sourcing, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach. - Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. - Coordinate interviews, manage feedback collection, and provide regular updates on hiring progress. - Conduct compensation discussions and facilitate offer rollouts. - Track offer acceptance and pre-joining engagement to minimize drop-offs. - Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure process compliance. - Monitor key hiring metrics like time to fill and offer-to-join ratios. - Support diversity, internal, and strategic talent pipelining initiatives. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
