We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role requires a commitment to a 5-day on-site work model, and we are specifically looking for candidates who can join within 0 to 15 days.

Develop and configure robust Salesforce solutions focusing on Sales and Service Cloud functionalities. Implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Aura, and LWC. Integrate Salesforce with other critical applications and systems. Configure and manage Community/Experience Cloud portals. Provide independent and creative solutions to complex requirements and issues. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for low-code development and leverage standard tools effectively.

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience is essential. You should possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, along with strong configuration skills. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Aura, and LWC is required. Experience with integrating Salesforce with external applications is crucial. Proficiency in configuring Experience Cloud and a solid grasp of release management processes using tools like VSCode, GitLab, Jenkins, and DevOps are necessary. An analytical and problem-solving mindset, coupled with strong communication skills, is expected. Relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred.
