This role focuses on developing and configuring solutions within Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, contributing to impactful digital transformations.

Develop and configure robust solutions using Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, adhering to best practices.

Customize functionalities using Apex, Lightning Aura, and LWC to meet complex business requirements.

Integrate Salesforce with external applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow.

Configure and manage Community/Experience Cloud portals.

Collaborate on release management processes using tools like VS Code, GitLab, Jenkins, and DevOps.

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience is essential.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud capabilities and standard functionalities.

Proficiency in descriptive programming/configuration and customization with Apex, Lightening Aura, and LWC.

Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other applications and configuring Community/Experience Cloud.

Ability to work independently, provide analytical solutions, and contribute to release management processes. Experience with DevOps tools is advantageous.
