This role is key to designing, implementing, and managing Oracle PIM solutions that drive product master data governance and streamline product lifecycle management across the enterprise.

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle PIM solutions, including establishing product master data governance frameworks and configuring item catalogs, classes, and hierarchies. You will design product onboarding, enrichment, and lifecycle management processes from creation to retirement.

Develop end-to-end product master data architecture, integrating with systems like Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, Oracle EBS, and Product Hub. This includes creating data migration strategies, defining integration patterns, and ensuring data synchronization across ERP, CRM, PLM, eCommerce, and supplier systems.

Establish robust data standards and governance policies, implement product validation rules, and drive data quality initiatives. Define clear stewardship and ownership models for product data to maintain integrity.

Design integrations between Oracle PIM and various platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Ariba, and eCommerce solutions. Support diverse integration methods including API, SOA, OIC, B2B, and file-based approaches, enabling seamless product syndication.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct process workshops. Recommend best practices for product master management and support global product harmonization efforts.

This role requires a specialist with 4-6 years of experience in Oracle Product Information Management (PIM). Proven ability to design and implement PIM solutions is essential.

Expertise in product data management, including governance, item lifecycle management, and data syndication, is necessary. Familiarity with integrating PIM with various enterprise systems is critical.

Key technical skills include experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Product Hub. Proficiency in designing data migration strategies and integration patterns is expected. Experience with systems like SAP, Salesforce, and eCommerce platforms is highly beneficial.

Strong business process consulting skills are required, encompassing requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and recommending best practices. Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities are needed to lead design sessions and coordinate with delivery teams.
